Group course for adults

Our group climbing courses for adults are organized in a 5-session cycle, a 10-session term or a 30-session covering the school year. They take place in Espace Vertical Grenoble, St-Martin-d'Hères or [Le Labo] (http://labo-bloc.com/).

We offer courses for climbers of all levels: beginner and intermediate, advanced training (level 5c in lead climbing required) or training and achievement (specific cycles). Contact us so that we can direct you to the group that suits you best.

If you are a beginner, a 5-session cycle will allow you to gain autonomy. If you are attending the course or already self-directed, we will focus on the progression of the level of difficulty through various exercises. Depending on the level and the wishes of participants, all or part of the group will also address aspects related to training (tactical, energetic...) or outdoor cliff climbing.

Espace Vertical Grenoble: Monday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (beginner / intermediate) OR Tuesday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (beginner / intermediate) OR Tuesday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (intermediate / advanced) OR Wednesday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (beginner / intermediate / advanced).

Espace Vertical St-Martin-d'Hères: Monday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (intermediate / advanced) or Wednesday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (beginner / intermediate).

The Lab: bouldering only (no climbing-ropes) - Tuesday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (beginner / intermediate).

No lessons during school breaks in zone A (except on the first Saturday), public holidays and the Ascension holiday.

Our 2019/2020 fares :

• Cycle (5 sessions): € 143.00 (including € 38.25 for the pass to Espace Vertical / Le Labo)
• Term (10 sessions): € 253.50 at Espace Vertical (including € 76.50 for the pass to Espace Vertical / Le Labo)
• Year (30 sessions): € 654.50 at Espace Vertical (including € 229.50 for the pass to Espace Vertical / Le Labo)

NB: You have the option to switch from a "5-session cycle" to a "10-session term" or "10-session term" to "30-session all-year": please contact us by email before the end of the course to let us know.
