Group course | Adult group course

Our group climbing courses for adults are organized in a 5-session cycle, a 10-session term or a 30-session covering the school year. They take place in Espace Vertical Grenoble, St-Martin-d'Hères or [The Labo] (http://labo-bloc.com/).

We provide courses for climbers of all levels: beginner and intermediate, advanced training (level 5c in lead climbing required) or pushing the limits (specific cycles). Contact us so that we can direct you to the group that suits you best.

If you are a beginner, a 5-session cycle will help you gain autonomy. If you are attending the course or already autonomous, we will focus on increasing the difficulty through various exercises. Depending on the level and the wishes of participants, all or part of the group will also address aspects related to training (tactical, energetic...) or outdoor rock climbing.

Our groups size is 8 people maximum per instructor, for personalized training and a friendly atmosphere. To try a first climbing session at Espace Vertical before registering, click HERE.

Espace Vertical Grenoble (EV3): Mondays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (beginner/intermediate) OR Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (intermediate/advanced) OR Tuesdays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (intermediate/advanced) OR Wednesdays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (beginner/intermediate/advanced) OR Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (beginner/intermediate).

Espace Vertical St-Martin-d'Hères (EV4 - brand new!): Mondays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (beginner/intermediate) OR Wednesdays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (beginner/intermediate) OR Thursdays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (intermediate/advanced).

No lessons during zone A school breaks (except for the first Saturday of each break) and public holidays.

Prices 2023-2024:

• Cycle (5 sessions): €118 + €50 entries
• 1 term (10 sessions): €200 + €100 entries
• Year (30 sessions): 489€ (+ 300€ entries) or Espace Vertical Year Pass (more interesting - see options below)

  If you wish to come and practice at the gyms, independently, in addition to the lessons, it is possible to subscribe, when subscribing to the courses, to an Espace Vertical Year Pass. You'll be allowed to come to the gyms whenever you want at a discounted rate : EV Year Pass (Grenoble + St Martin d'Hères): €368.10 or 3-gym pass (EV Grenoble + St Martin d'Hères + Le Labo): €446.40.

NB: You can switch from the "5-session cycle" to a "10-session term" (in each period) and from a"10-session term" to the "30-sesssion full year" (in the first term only !): please contact us by email before the end of your cycle or in the first term to benefit from it.
